Lesley Harleaux is the founder and president of Elite Financial Group. He serves as a Certified Estate Planner & Financial Advisor to individuals, business owners, tax professionals, and high net worth families. Prior to starting his own agency, he was a standout advisor with Transamerica.

Lesley has been in the financial industry for 20 years, and he’s a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, The Society for Financial Awareness, and a Top of the Table Member with The Million Dollar Round Table. Lesley received his financial education from The American College of Financial Services, and earned his Certified Estate Planning and Master Certified Estate Planning Designations from the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners. He has passed the series 6 & 26 exams. He is also Life, Health, and Long-term care licensed.

Lesley is affiliated with Pelican Financial Network which is one of the largest agencies in the country with over 40 years of experience and provides back office support for Elite Financial Group.

Lesley is well versed in business. He and his wife also own a Real Estate Holding Company with 30 investment properties.

Lesley is married to Karelys, an Industrial Engineer, and they have one son who is currently in 6th grade.
